We provide Location Monitoring services directly to homeowners and property owners. Location Monitors attend day-of filming in your home to ensure the terms of the agreement between Production Companies and Property Owners are adhered to, that “off-limits” areas are respected, that no damages occur, and if any consequential damages do arise they are documented so the Production Company’s insurance can be held responsible for the costs, per the terms of your agreement.

We will help you understand what to expect during a film, TV, commercial, or music video shoot, or during a still photography session for magazines and ad campaigns. We can also provide sample agreements that a Production is likely to ask you to sign, and advise you on topics such as insurance considerations and what happens during “set dressing” of your home, so there are no surprises.

The best part is you do not pay for Location Monitoring, this cost is charged additionally as a “Plus Cost” to the Production as part of the location agreement, so you keep the fees received for the use of your home.

We may additionally provide Owner Representation only for Owners we have a pre-existing, direct personal relationship with, but we do not provide Agency services. Please consult with an Agency if you wish to have your property promoted as a filming location. Many local and state Film Offices also have a “Locations” page where home owners can list properties themselves at no cost.
